I am excited at the opportunity to support the school in a Governor role. I am a teacher of English for 8 years and I have a degree in English literature and history from V.M University and qualified as a teacher in India. I am committed to raising standards within education, supporting aspirations and driving Improvement to help create the right environment and culture where pupils can thrive and maximise their potential.

I value the opportunity to play a role in helping Hovingham School provide a great education for our children. I am inspired to become a Governor because as a parent of two children at hovingham school, I am impressed by all the hard work which goes into providing the supportive, nurturing environment that Hovingham offers our children.
